How scope works

These apply to both tiers. They are what keeps scope clear on both sides, and they are the reason a monthly figure can be quoted at all.

  • The written inventory defines what is covered. The system count is an indicative ceiling, not the thing you are buying.
  • Monthly fees cover the package and the agreed inventory of systems.
  • Onboarding fees apply unless the waiver condition is met.
  • Triage is included. Malware removal, hack recovery, and full incident repair are always quoted separately.
  • Unused monthly hours do not roll over.
  • Work beyond your included hours, or outside the agreed scope, needs separate approval and may be quoted separately.
  • System limits do not override complexity, criticality, workload, or dependencies.
  • Anything outside the agreed list is excluded.
  • Complex environments are reviewed before a package is confirmed.
  • No unlimited maintenance, and no unlimited development.

The full inclusion list for each tier is on the cards above, and the same list is repeated in the questions section on the main page, so there is one wording for it rather than two.

Start with the assessment.

The Technical Assessment is $195, paid once. It produces a written report and the written inventory these tiers run against, and the report is yours to keep whether or not you continue.
